Tour of the Battenkill 2010: Pro Invitational UCI 1.2 Winners!
The results of the pro invitational event of the 2010 Tour of the Battenkill are in. It was an exciting race. Rain and sleet turned dirt roads into a slurry, and racers crossed the line splattered with gritty mud. But the sun broke through to highlight the podium:

First across the line was Team Holowesko Partners’ Caleb Fairly, who sprinted across the line of this 200-kilometer race with a time of 4:47:07. Battling it out for second and third were Bahati Foundation’s Floyd Landis (0:02:24) and Fly V Australia’s Jay Robert Thomson (0:02:43). Congratulations on a well-fought race! And a big thanks to photographer Tony Jancek and his assistants for shooting loads of terrific pictures. We’ve uploaded nearly 200 photos from last Saturday’s Pro Am race into our Zenfolio gallery. There are more to come from this Saturday’s Ride 2 Recovery event, as well as from today’s Tour of the Battenkill, the firs time this race has been sanctioned by the UCI. So check back soon for more great photos of America’s Queen of the Classics.
