I doubt there’s much about the bald eagles of coastal Maine that Winston Shaw doesn’t know. The founder and director of the Coastal Maine Bald Eagle Project, Shaw has been observing them for decades. When he’s not guiding nature watchers during his Sea Venture Custom Boat Tours out of Bar Harbor, he’s bicycling (off-road and ‘bents), hiking, snowshoeing, or canoeing , often with camera in hand.
